I am eagerly waiting for May 11th, because I will fly to Malaysia with my large family. There are 16 of us flying together. We have planned so much for the trip even our family WhatsApp group is now named as ‘Malaysian Mermaids’. We have shopped lots of stuff for this trip, and it certainly looks like our shopping expenses are relatively close to the cost of the flight charges. Every year we travel with our family and for the first time, we are going abroad together. We have planned to do more shopping in Malaysia too. We have booked a house at Kuala Lumpur for rent in AirBnb and staying as a family together in an apartment.
Petronas Twin Towers
Since I was a kid, I always wanted to visit ‘The Petronas Twin Towers’. The towers feature a double-decker sky bridge connecting the two towers on the 41st and 42nd floors, which is the highest 2-story bridge in the world. I have always seen them in pictures and films. Even when I was small, I had a keychain of this majestic twin piece. After years of longing, I am finally going to the visit that massive structure.
Then the next attraction I want to visit is ‘The Menara KL Tower’. That tower stands 421 meters tall, and it’s at least 100 meters taller than the Petronas Twin Towers. The Menara KL Tower is situated in the centre of the city, and people say that it is almost visible from any part of the KL city. The Menara KL Tower looks beautiful in the day time and extraordinarily lively at night with brilliant colourful lights. I want to have dinner in the 360-degree restaurant gazing at sparkling city lights.
Batu Caves
The following place I want to visit is the place which I got attracted by Vivek’s comedy scene (Tamil film). It is ‘The Batu Caves’ in Gombak district, Where there is a 140 feet tall lord Muruga’s statue. The main reason behind my interest to visit that place is not only to get experience but also take quite a few selfies and post it online.
National drink
My mom and dad had already visited Malaysia. They told me that street foods are much tastier than the restaurant dishes. So, here I have planned to experience the Malaysian street food. Especially I want to taste ‘Teh Tarik’, the national drink of Malaysia and ‘Nasi Lemak’ for breakfast it is the national dish of Malaysia.
